Re-modelling a former golf club to create a new landscape

This project is involving the sensitive re-modelling of part of a 200 acre estate, formally used as a chalk pit and then a golf club, for a private landowner. Over a nine month contract period some 25,000m3 is being imported to integrate new features into the established landscape of woodland and wetland.

The first phase entailed the lining of an ornamental lake using specially sourced engineering clay. The second phase is creating a landscaped bund for screening and security using existing and imported materials to complement and work with the contours of the existing landscape.
